Official hours: Monday-Friday
- The recipients can get the ticket queue from 8.00am onwards
- The recipients, who made an appointment via Line application and phone, please do the registration from 9.30am onwards
- Doctor schedule 10.00am-11.30am
Notes: No medical service on public holidays

Service Requirements
Required Documents or Statements
ID Card or Driving License, Non-Thai Resident Card, Passport, Social Security or Health Insurance Card with Patient Referral Forms
Notes: Please always bring the ID Card, in case the patients need to use the indirect expense privilege
Fees
- Official Hours Medical Fees: 100 Baht (One Hundred Baht), exclude medical and operational fees
- Off hours Medical Fees: 300 Baht (Three Hundred Baht), exclude medical and operational fees
- International Medical Fees (except Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia) in Official Hours and Off Hours: 500 Baht (Five Hundred Baht), exclude medical and operational fees
