เกาะติด immunoglobuline complement และ fibrinogen ที่ dermo-epidermal junction ในโรคตุ่มน้ำใส (en translation)
Direct and indirect immunofluorescence testing is studied in 110 patients with pemphigus (87 with pemphigus vulgaris (PV), 23 with pemphigus foliaceus (PF)) at Institute of Dermatolog)' from 1995 to 2002. By direct immunofluorescence, IgG and Cj were found in the inlescellular space ofepidermis. DepositsorIgG and C3 were detected in 96.55% and 79.31% ofPV patients respectively. In PF, deposits of IgG were found in 100% and ofC3 in 82.61 % of cases. B)' indirect immunofluorescence using normal human skin as substrate, 93.10% of the PV patients and 95.65% of the PF patients revealed circulating IgG intercellular antibodies. The sensitivity of direct immunofluorescence and indirect immunofluorescence in pemphigus were 97.27% and 93.64% respectively, whereas the specificity of two tests were 100%. There was no significant posith'e findings difference between direct immunofluorescence and indirect immunofluorescence (p > 0.05).
